Privacy information

Hermes is a personal application for its owner’s accounts. Access is granted through Google OAuth for the selected services and permissions.

Google data: connected task lists and tasks, selected email information needed for the configured planning or mail organization actions, and events from a calendar connected for reading. Permissions and enabled accounts may differ. Gmail organization may move promotional messages to spam when authorized by the owner.

Storage: OAuth credentials and integration data are stored privately on the owner’s server. They are not published on this information website. Credentials are used by the integration to access Google; they are not included in AI prompts.

Processing: relevant task, email or event content may be provided to the owner’s configured AI service to generate plans or assess importance. Selected results may be sent through Telegram or Pushover for private reminders. Processing follows the owner’s configured rules; it is not used for advertising or selling personal information.

Control: the owner can disconnect Hermes using Google Account third-party access settings, disable an integration, and remove its stored credentials and integration data from their server. Private backups may retain earlier data until removed by the owner. Contact the application owner directly for questions about this personal installation.
